GUYANA ROAD SAFETY AUTHORITY :
If heavy machinerys weighing over 500 tonnes were on that pre constructed bridge moving structures and materials for days and weeks then at the final completion and opening a load test of trucks wouldn't match what was on that bridge before

Thought I'd have been able to do this more gracefully with streams and videos, but I move on the 20th, the DAY after. All my cosplays are packed, and I wish I could come back after and resume but now that won't be possible.
