anybody who teaches others how to speak is another copy and paste of all out there who teach others what/how to say .......... instead of the #1 thing that people need: how to ////LISTEN////. this includes healthy processing of what's heard.

Nah, whoever is asking questions controls the conversation "does that make sense?" Is asking for confirmation, looking for signs that ytheyre paying attention, and gives opportunity for clarification.

I'm so confident that I don't care how it sounds, what I care about is if it makes sense to them. So I'm going to ask. If it does not make sense to them, I am thinking miles above them so I'll just stop talking ... unless their interest follows up with good questions.

I know people don’t mean anything rude by it, but I hate being asked that question in conversation. Rubs me the wrong way, and makes me feel like you think I’m dumb 😂

My boss says this everyday and it’s so annoying. Then if you say it don’t make sense then it goes into another hr of bs then we just we just get tired and yes it makes sense.
