i find it really funny when the class of 2020 in particular complains (which is the main demographic i see doing it still) bc they were literally almost done. boohoo, they didn’t get ONE prom. instead they got to get out of school 2 months early. meanwhile the class of 2021 didn’t get junior OR senior prom, & half of their whole high school experience was nerfed💀 plus, americans who only care ab nothing burgers all felt sooooo bad for the seniors of 2020 that a lot of communities organized to make senior season special for them. society was selfishly over covid by the time 2021 graduating class rolled around, so they didn’t get shi despite a lot of them ALSO not getting a proper graduation😭 i was class of ‘22 so i was just observing this from the outside, but i found it crazy then & i find it even crazier now. ppl were dying, & after 5 years, you’re actually still mad that you missed the last month of school ?

my mom got covid twice (bc ppl at work weren't following guidelines, not her fault) and ever since then, she still has some long COVID symptoms. I can only imagine what it's gonna be like for the ppl who kept catching it like it was in style.

I wish I got a brain scan before I got Covid just to see how it changed my head cause I’ve been definitely more depressed since that year and I don’t know if it’s just cause I grew up or because it changed my head

I only felt wronged that we didn't get the makeup they promised us. I was perfectly fine losing my college grad that year and having a covid safe makeup the next year but I wished I got my covid safe sorority senior events the following year when they were doing it anyway with that class. but I also hated that I was doing all the right things and people doing the wrong stuff made it so bad for so long 😭

Ive had covid twice (I'm fully vaccinated and have like 5 boosters) and the first time I fully lost my sense of smell and it's never been the same.

I never even knew if I had it so that's great, I wasn't sick during covid but who knows. I never got tested because my mom thought it was fake and I was a minor at the time

I got my vaccine AND 2 BOOSTERS, got them through my job at the pharmacy there. I worked at a grocery store and never got it. To this day I still never got it. Meanwhile one of my family members in the house didnt get vaccinated, and got it 3 times, would buy tests back to back but refused to get tested.

During the time of covid when we could go back to school they our school canceled hoco which VALID and atleast 80 kids in my schools parents hosted a huge hoco at a barn and invited a ton of ppl and all of those kids got covid and brought it back to school and the school had to shut down for 2 weeks bc it got so bad bc they didn’t wear masks and had to have a senior hoco

lolllll my mother got it like 5 or 6 times and she's messed up now!! she also does a bunch of other stuff that's bad for her health and heavily anti vax so like... her future is not bright 😭
