I almost got arrested for this 20 years ago. They hire transit police to check everyone’s cards/tickets to make sure they paid at random checkpoints in the metro. It was a €60-80 fee way back then. Prolly more today. Be careful.

I saw an ad for a Resident Evil skin for credit/debit cards with a hole for the chip. I’m sure there’s plenty of skins available for different cards. I just gotta Google it to find some. I’m thinking about getting a Metro Card skin! 😁
