Rosita is my favorite! Jose has said that in the tiki room forever but they only added her outside a few years ago when they built the tropical hideaway. If you sit by her for a while she says a lot of funny little quips that include some Easter eggs to Aladdin’s Oasis as well :)

In WDW alternatively, you can find Rosita’s empty cage in the canary room in the queue for Big Thunder Mountain 😭😭 ours is much more grim
