Watch your uvula (that dangly thing at the back of your throat). ✅ If both sides of your vagus nerve are working well → the uvula lifts straight up. ➡️ If one side is weaker → it pulls to the stronger side. ❌ If both are weak → it barely lifts at all. This tiny nerve runs from your brain to your gut and controls healing, digestion, stress, and inflammation.
