@coachemuppodcast: Something a lot of people neglect (Tim included) is cardio! @h_blackk advocates for zone 2 running to help build capacity without taking away from bigger sessions. Adding cardio helps you recover faster both in between sets and when you're competing, and unless you're going way too hard, it won't interrupt strength training at all.
