i don’t know why people are so rude😭 i’m required to fill up cups almost all the way with ice. just ask for light ice and i’ll get it for you. like there is absolutely no reason to be so rude when im just doing my job🤪

Just as bad as those women I waited on like 20+ years ago. They are ingrained in my head. Everything was fine. They enjoyed everything until I handed them the bill. They asked for a box and a manager. Got them both. They told the manager I was awful and the food was horrible and they weren't paying for it WHILE PACKING UP THE OTHER HALF OF THE LARGE PIZZA.

I am a shift supervisor at a fast food chain Yes people act like that and some of them even think it means something when they say the phrase" I was a general manager for 3 years" that don't mean nothing to me.

Haven't seen this said yet, but McDonald's has lines on the cups for how much ice McDonald's considers "light", too. Or a light ice button in some places. meaning that that's something they'll eventually get in trouble for unless done properly. so customers need to chill and stop taking it out on people.

When I order an iced tea at a restaurant, I like extra ice because the tea usually melts the ice because the tea is warm so I always order an extra glass of ice with my tea and the server usually forgets to bring the extra glass of ice when they bring our drinks and do you know what I do? After we order our food, I politely ask for my extra glass of ice again & I don’t hold it against them and let it affect the tip I’m leaving. I realize they’re busy and I can wait for my extra ice it’s not a personal affront to me. People need to treat others especially those that are working hard for us better!!!

I literally had a soft drink from maccas that was flat and not filled up, I POLITELY went back in and was like “hey sorry this doesn’t have enough syrup and its also not full” they simply fixed it and I said thank you and left, it was that simple, but I have also had a MANGER be incredibly rude when I asked for more salt on my chips

They act like this constantly in public, its always the same types, it's people clamoring for control over someone. I once had a woman ready to fight me insisting the lemonade was koolaid... we literally squeezed lemons and shook it in a shaker in front of them when they ordered.
