I was put on PIP for a fake reason. It was a sham! Pretext for termination…….should’ve been an easy win. No contingency lawyer would take the case.

I was recently terminated by a company after I expressed concern about the scheduling person refusing to schedule me on shifts good for disabled people - only offering me shifts impossible for me to do while temporarily disabled. Illinois is At Will - do I have a case?

asset protection accused me of stealing she said I marked tires down in the register so I could purchase them which I never did I don’t know how to operate the register I need a lawyer because that 🤐 terminated me and it was not legal

Still doesn’t matter because how do you prove it was discrimination when you’ll never get him/new GM to say in court “I won’t have a female manager” … instead false reason was “having a poor team” yet that team stays on board and your profit was higher than last manager & went lower after my being gone. Also after my termination and he boasted to them about his real reason. Can’t get him to admit in court so .. no point

I was wrongfully terminated by this company in 2021, then rehired after determining that I was in good standing but was placed in the wrong seat. Upon rehire as a Compliance Specialist, I was promised never to placed back into the seat that got me fired. They lied, placed me back there when they changed projects- got so stressed that lead to an FMLA case of acute migraines that lead to a lay-off shortly after on 7/31/25 stating that the terms are due to budget restrictions. Note: I had issues with my supervisor, "Hostile work Environment," which was reported and documented to HR, so it was evident that they were building a case to get me out. I honestly think it was more retaliation.

Was fired by an HR person that allowed us to work without a working restroom and ventilation for welding no communication whatsoever no write ups also this company wasn’t taking taxes out of our paychecks

Always a fake reason with trash companies. Filed a discrimination and retaliation complaint with HR against management at Quaint Oak Bank. Was put on a BS PIP then fired in retaliation because I made the complaint. Action will be taken
