All of yall wondering what happened to HIPPA, it got overturned! That lovely little Roe v Wade case? Yeah it decided if you deserve a right to privacy in your medical records outside of abortion care. When it got overturned to disallow abortion it also means your HIPPA rights got thrown right out the window and now it’s up to the Trump administration to decide what exactly HIPPA does and who it protects.

I hate all this because I really like health data tracking! It's so cool and adds a lot of value to my life. But if my privacy isn't going to be respected and this data is going to be collected and used against people, I'll have to stop wearing my Apple Watch and do fitness and sleep the old fashioned way: by vibes :/
