I’ve been using La Roche Posay Toleraine Double Repair Moisturizer for rosacea and it contains niacinamide 😩 Wondering if this is why my skin has been more inflammed and breaking out 😕

Suddenly I started getting rosacea flare ups after using a cetaphil cleanser with niacinamide. Like suddenly now I’m getting triggered by foods and I stopped using that cleanser a while ago. Crazy
