Thanks for this Chief! Taking small bites hits home for me. My team and I are in year 3 of building our Veterans program. It is extremely tough having spent so much time effort and energy with what seems like not enough reward until we're at an event and we put so many smiles of our brothers and sisters faces. I can't explain how good that feels.
