"the email" I don't buy it I'm sure it was the bad publicity and all the people calling but I do think It's more of a LC problem because they are responsible for the is warranty glad WS stepped in for you as they should but I still don't think it's there fault.

They stepped up because of the bad publicity that will surround them and their warranty policy. They indeed needed to replace that D.O. with the same exact pattern. If it was discontinued, that would be a full refund. Glad you kept at it and they replied!!! 🐝🐝🐝 Love that pattern!
