😭😭 I was just telling my mom my soon to be ex husband did this. I told everyone he was great while he was destroying me behind closed doors but I had no worth and thought it was me 😭 it is hard to do done and realize how much I romanticized the person he was to me. Was just the person I wanted him to be and the person he was to everyone else. Anything I told him hurt me and didn’t like, he did the opposite. It’s sick. I’m still so sad and crying all the time. We have two kids. I wanted them to have a beautiful family that’s all I ever wanted. Anything I told him in confidence and vulnerability he would always use it against me, it destroyed me. I had enough, and I filed for divorce, even when I was and am still terrified to do this alone.

Told him I’m scared of the dark in the middle of an argument he switched the fuse box off (idk how to work them) I had a panic attack on the floor due to the trauma and he left the apartment while I passed out on the floor
