the fact that she is coherent can actually be used as evidence in court as well. this will absolutely be dropped to reckless driving at worst, thrown out if her lawyer is really good. never submit to a sobriety test, even if sober...they arent pass/fail, its just to obtain evidence against you.

I don't trust the police at all. Hair dressers have to have more hours than a cop. They only require 720 hours, and a hair stylist is 1,800 hours. No respect for them at all. No one hates fire fighters or ems... that should tell you everything!

The refusal cannot be used against you in court, it’s one of your rights. Cops like this give a bad name to them, those field “sobriety” test are designed for you to fail.

I had a cop tell me I was swerving too much n the vehicle smelled like alcohol…… I had a Breathlyzer in my car 😭 I was like “sir with all do respect if I had any drinks tonight I wouldn’t have gotten this far”
