People will see this, see that any one of these perks can be used for an extra health state, and then cry that ghoul or legion gets a free hit. Maybe the free hit goes through a wall but that was the point anyways, it’s a free hit to hard counter the fact that every last survivor will have at least one form of extra health state. There’s no difference between ghoul hitting you through a wall and legion just following you around the wall or over a vault etc.
