@jlatt.fit: 10k training time 🏃🏻♂️ If you are in my shoes and are rushing a training block but don’t want to over do it, stay tuned … First track session back was a nice and gentle re introduction to moving the legs a bit faster. Session: 2 x (3 x 400m) @ a hard but comfortable pace, 90s between reps, 3 mins between reps. The next few weeks will be a mix of tempo, easy runs, track intervals, and quite a bit of cross training. Still not 100% injury free, but I’m doing as much running as I can without overdoing it for this short 10k training block.
