Start by blending the egg and cottage cheese until smooth. 2. In a bowl, combine all the other pizza dough ingredients and mix with the blended egg and cottage cheese until well incorporated. This will form a soft and sticky dough. Let it rest in the refrigerator to make it easier to handle. 3. Meanwhile, prepare the Alfredo sauce. In a high-sided skillet, heat avocado oil and sauté chopped chicken breast until cooked through. Remove the chicken and set aside. 4. Reduce the heat and add butter to the skillet. Deglaze the pan to incorporate the chicken flavors. 5. Add heavy cream, parmesan cheese, thyme, and salt. Stir constantly to prevent sticking and to form a smooth cream without lumps.
