when the MetroPass was originally implemented it cost 28.50 a month. I had a monthly pass until Rob Ford increased cost, reduced service and destabilized governance.

I'm sorry but the fare is too expensive. Like for someone who doesnt have a car and a bus is the only way how to commute, they have to spend like $10-$15 a day. That's $450 a month. So it's technically the same thing as having a car, nevermind more.

they always think/believe they are gonna "increase" ridership... but 9 out of 10 times the ridership stays the same or decreases.. they also dont take into account those riders who dont pay fare like those under the age of 12.. or fare evaders...
