people who dont know im AUDHD are more often than not a bit sceared/ shocked when they know this. like i asked a coworker said something about her daughter and then i asked her about her daughters elbow, because she told me like 1,5 years ago tthat her daughet fell and broke her elbow. she was kinda shocked😅

With one “friend” when I was a small child I kept gaslighting myself on top of it because “well, my memory must not be as good as I think”, but when I started to be able to spend more time outside of her reach, I started to realise that my memory is in fact that good and she was a lying manipulative *agressive coughing*
