@capt.ax3: Garbage disposed at Tullahan River. People has no discipline. Everything was throwned on river like garbages, sewage, industrial waste, including dead animals. The government has only temporarily solution (band aid solution) on solid waste management. People never learned their lesson, flood was imminent danger to all low lying areas, corruption on the government and private sector was rampant and normalized, people was born greed and selfish. Flood control was a big failures.
