Emptying multiple mags inside a mall with people in the backdrop AND not hitting your target is CRAZY! Hopefully no shoppers were hit by all those stray rounds.

53 yr old John Schultz died after being shot by officers. He had previous DWI’s. The Moreno family had the worst injuries: Jacqueline suffered a hip fracture & broken ankle; 6 yr old Shameris suffered a broken rib & ankle, as well as internal bruising that affected oxygen levels; & Lesyalie suffered multiple fractures on her face as well as pelvic separation requiring multiple surgeries & a long road of rehabilitation.

Yea so I live here. This guy led them on a drunk chase from temple to Killeen, off roaded off the highway and into the mall parking lot. Then into the mall. THEN! Proceeded through the store and into the area where he got stuck spinning his tires. Do you know what’s right beside him spinning his tires? A children’s play area. For toddlers. To climb and play and enjoy the mall. So yea, I’d say taking him out was a priority because he didn’t care about harming anyone.
