I'll start this as I always start.It.I will ask for both sides of the story here for the One's that this describes improvement yes But what I think most forget Is most of the time when a man does lead make a decision confront an issue It is disregarded or he is punished for it So if you want stronger men , perhaps you need to look at the ones around them and the world and see how they are treating him And then defend him
