Oh my breadfruit is one off my favorite. When I make chips I seasoned it a bit with all purpose seasoning. It’s so good and I pair it with fry shrimp like shrimp and chips with some nice mixture of ketchup and pepper sauce dip. I live in Georgia but every time I go to Florida I go to the Caribbean supercenter for my island goodies.
