Yeah but some of us LITERALLY have to stop in order to breathe due to medical conditions so it’s not very nice to just throw everyone out when someone people WANT to try and THIS is what seems like will help them most- so what if they stop n breathe for a minute or two. It’s like me opening a pool and saying only the people who can hold their breath as long as I can can stay anyone else has to leave. ☠️Like bruh everyone is different.

In the book it was stated they were supposed to stay at like 4 mph. In the movie they switched it 3 cuz 4 is just about a jog and wouldn't work.
