Thanks! I did clean the pad, I haven’t even had my printer for a month and it already says I need to replace my maintenance box to do a power clean.

@Highly Flavored my printer has done the lines since I opened it and converted it. Is it common to still have the lines out of the box? I have done a power clean and no change.
