Salad tongs are my saving grace when my husband isn’t home. He doesn’t put things out of reach due to malice, but the layout of our apartment kitchen makes it impossible to have things close to where I can reach them. If we meal plan for dinner while he’s getting ready for work, he will get things down for me and put them on the stovetop, but sometimes we just don’t have time to do it, so salad tongs it is. (And yes, I do click them a few times to make sure they work)
