There’s a tier list in office location. Canary Wharf is third - lots of back office and day trading. 2nd is the City, mainly investment banking etc. 1st is Mayfair and Marylebone, this is where the hedge funds are, in quiet little Georgian squares - obvious to passers by.

Didn’t HSBC actually own that building though? I think they’ve since sold it but revolut aren’t even renting that building .. they’re renting 4 floors and expected to list on the NYSE vs the LSE. I’m confused at the message ultimately
