Shop on newchapter.com (link in bio) #ad #NewChapterWellness #NewChapterVitamins Salmon Bowl Recipe 4oz - 6oz Salmon 1 1/2 cup of cauliflower (rice or crumbles) 1/2 cup chopped cucumber 1/3 cup chopped green onion 1/2 of an avocado 1/3 cup of sprouts 1 tbsp sesame oil 1 tbsp soy sauce 1 tbsp rice vinegar 1 tbsp mirin or dry sake Sesame seeds for garnish Set oven to 400 degrees and bake cauliflower rice/crumbles until tender. Usually 20-25 minutes. While that bakes, spread a little olive oil and salt on your salmon filet then sauté/bbq/bake your salmon on medium heat, skin side down, until just cooked through, maybe 10 minutes. Try not to overcook it to avoid it becoming dry. Chop cucumber, onions, and avocado into bite size pieces. Blend well the sesame oil, soy sauce, rice vinegar, and mirin/sake in a small bowl. Once the califlower is done add it to your serving bowl and place salmon on top. Place the cucumber, avocado, onion, and sprouts in individual heaps around the salmon. Drizzle the sauce mix over the other ingredients and garnish with roasted sesame seeds.
