What happened to your siblings when you died after five years no lump sum payout only your spouse will get halve of your monthly payment. I've seen that with living annuity your investment grow with up to 12% annually isn't that what we want???????

i cant be held ransom by the goverment for the lame benefits.
medical will b free...... spouse pension will be chowed by other man.
we pay our own insurances.

pls also look at 'Income for Life (annuity) with Capital Preservation' heard briefly about it. often not mention becos broker s/advisors dont get their annual 1.7% to 3.2% annual fees, just a policy initiation fee is deducted...and upon death capital is passed on to beneficiary/ies. pls this option investigate further...

the fear people have that the pension fund is being mismanaged funds are being looted R2.5 billion for a premises which did not even belong the the corporation who was renting it out R1.2 billion on another scheme....I predict in 10 years GEPF will have 1/3 of it's current funds in its account
