@mottsworld: As I was watching this video back, I realized how much I really try to map out my flare ups 👏🏾. I do my best to plan, but with Hidradenitis Suppurativa, you never know what’s gonna happen 🩹🤕. That means making sure I have everything ready: gauze, padding, medical tape, and my medication if I need it 🤍. At the same time, I’m constantly guessing: when will it drain, where will it drain from, & how much bigger might it get? That’s the hardest part with HS, it’s so unpredictable 🥹. You always have to be on go, prepared for whatever happens 💪🏾. Behind closed doors, this takes a lot 🤎. I’ve learned to slow down, analyze what’s happening, and figure out what will work best for me. Talking myself through each step helps calm my anxiety and ease the overwhelm that comes with a flare up 🫶🏾. Believe it or not but my sister and her son suffered from this a lot we call the Boils in South Africa. Believe it or not the best method is Yeast…Yes Instant Yeast the yeast we use to make bread. Half a cup of warm water and teaspoon of instant yeast Drink it… Yes I said it as much as it sounds disgusting you will thank me later. But the boil must be full size. And you don’t need to do anything it will pop and then press out the Ozz thank you💗
