As someone from the military, he won’t be dishonorably discharged. IF he’s kicked out, and that’s a big if with this administration bc it will depend solely on his CO, it’ll likely be an admin sep. depending on the amount of time served, he may lose some benefits like schooling and stuff.

This is if he got a dishonorable discharge, the military does not give them very often. After, I believe, 2 years they are able to request to change their discharge status to Other-Than-Honorable or a general discharge.
