@mersgoodeats: Iced oatmeal cinnamon cookies I’m not kidding when I tell you these might be my favorite cookie recipe to date!! They are so easy to make and are so addicting! Try it and tag me! d’EATS -1/2 cup soft unsalted butter -1/2 cup brown sugar -1/4 cup granulated sugar -1 egg -1 tsp vanilla extract -1 cup rolled oats -1 cup all purpose flour -3/4 tsp baking soda -1 tsp cinnamon -salt Icing -1 cup powder sugar -1 tbsp milk How to: Start by preheating your oven to 350F. In a stand mixer or bowl beat your butter and sugars for 2 minutes. Add in your egg and vanilla extract and beat for 30 seconds. Add in your dry ingredients and fold to combine. Using a cookie scoop, scoop onto a lined tray. This recipe makes 12-14 cookies. Bake for 10 minutes and ice! Enjoy!! #cookie #pumpkin #fyp #foryoupage #recipes ⁣
