The Casabrews portafilter will get stuck if you over fill it. Other than that it’s been pretty solid for me for the $130 I paid two years ago.

Plastic parts and plastic tubes are used in many types. Even the 2k priced machines have plastic tubes. If you’re looking for a good quality product. Make sure it’s metal and not plastic.

Kitchen aide isn’t the greatest mixer brand anymore. It’s junk like this and the mixer is cheaper out.
