That would be a manslaughter. There was no intent to cause the death, but the activity being engaged in could reasonably be foreseen as something which could cause death, so it was not an accident, either.

Isn’t Kevlar like a one a done thing? I grew up in a military home, and I feel like that’s what I learned. It’s got structural integrity that becomes compromised when it sustains damage. I feel like that’s was probably on the box or something.
