Then you redo your business plan, because now you’re going to be smarter. Then you start a catering business on the side. And you grow your catering business so big that you buy a food truck. And then when the food truck and catering makes you so stinking much money that you paid cash for all this without selling your home or quitting your job, three or four years from now you’ll have the money to open your first restaurant with cash.
