@madisonfournier_: ✨ Freshly milled flour isn’t just a “trend” - it’s the way flour was always meant to be. 🌾 When you mill your own grain, you’re getting 40 of the 44 essential nutrients your body needs to survive. Store-bought flour? Almost none. Why? 👉 The bran and germ — where the oils, vitamins, and minerals live — are stripped out for shelf life. 👉 Within 72 hours, most of the nutrients in flour are gone. 👉 “Enriched” flour is just a handful of synthetic vitamins sprayed back in. So yes... pouring wheat berries into jars may look "aesthetic," but it's also taking back nutrition that was lost in the name of shelf life. 🌾 Fresh flour is food the way it was meant to be. #freshlymilledflour #crunchymom #ancientgrains #grainmill

Y’all know you don’t have to grind an entire bag’s worth, right? Takes like two minutes to get the amount of flour you need in that moment and whole wheat berries will last decades and retain the nutritional value.

Where do you get the different kinds of grains for this? My only hesitation for one of these is I can’t find them locally in stores help I want a mill so badly!
