Where da lags? Screws aren’t made for their shear strength. You’re using screws on something thats holding 100% shear weight

Local building code Inspector here wouldn't allow us to put the band board directly on the flashing. It must have a standoff around the bolts of at least four washers to create an airspace between the band board and the house.
