A spun stat that should be revealed is the fact there are far fewer 34’s on the streets to do pro-active enforcement therefore, less reported crime. In 1991 I believe there were 826 or so dept-wide with most in FSB or directly supporting FSB, not so much anymore. CABQ/APD has become a pathetic joke…

Keller’s employees James Green, Lisa Chavez, Brianna, Cody, and Gomez accessed citizen’s confidential information to call and email racial hate (N Word), disability hate, threats, and sent photos of crimes against children and other emails with S content. Green and Brianna called citizens representing APD police officers refusing to send officers to remove the images of crimes against children, Lisa Chavez and Cody went to a citizen’s home in a bullet proof vest to intimidate and Gomez also represented himself as APD. All documented. Keller has refused to investigate, arrest, prosecute, and imprison his employees who are involved in crimes against children. Bernalillo DA Leslie Ulibarri victim’s advocate is also involved by post mailing a flash drive with citizen’s confidential information causing extreme trauma. Keller has a family connection to the person’s who initially started these crimes.
