Love this, Mel-what you’re doing is actually a neuroscience-backed way of clearing your working memory. Writing it all down gives your brain clarity because it’s no longer trying to hold everything at once. The next step would be grouping that list and choosing just three priorities -that’s where clarity turns into action ….then the best part is the ticking off 🤭😂

yesss what she said !! Once I write it down I feel so satisfied cuz less anxiety for not holding it in brain anymore but for me it's not that I think it can happen all that day but I feel like I completed a task by writing it down then don't actually start the list. by time I feel motivation again it's days later and I need to redo list for all things added cuz I didn't leave enough space in my categorized to do list.

I've developed the D-I-S-E method which has a lot of this involved. The great thing about it is you can focus on your top items and roll them over to the next day. So it's a Wish-list that splits out the top task into the day's tasks. More info in my bio.
