uh... if the Big Blue Store is the one with the yellow asterisk.... yeah, they definitely ban people. I got banned for coming out as transgender while I worked there. they told me it was 1 year, but when I went back a year later after complying with the one-year ban, they tried to have me arrested and turned it into a lifetime ban. I never stole, hurt anyone, or threatened anyone. I'm just banned for being queer.

My most uncomfortable experience was when I was working there some asked for a body wash for their groin area (he said “I had a date later and didn’t want it to smell bad if you know what I mean”)and so I was just trying to get him to leave and was like this one is good but kinda expensive (we had barley any body wash the isle was super empty) and he pulls hundreds out and was like ‘Is ThIs EnOuGh’ I was like oh… yea that’s enough haha :/. I don’t need to hear about you washing your junk man

When I went back to school I was working at Safeway at the time. I also had to drive a half an hour to either get to school or go to work (I lived in a town, they were both in the city). When I tried to change my availability to only weekdays from after I got out of classes to closing, I was told I had to work at least a day on the weekdays and one weekend day. Didn’t make much sense to me since we had SO much staff, and nobody liked to close, so I was essentially doing them a favour for willingly wanting doing that. I told them I couldn’t do it cause 1. I’d be driving in 7 days a week and 2. I will not do good in school if I do that. They still told me no so I quit. Thank god my dad supported me in that decision. And I know they regretted telling me no cause they basically begged me if I wanted to come back while I shopped there twice after quitting.

I worked at Raising Canes while going to school and they kept adding hours. They then tried to promote me and I ended up quitting in the same conversation since they were ignoring my school schedule. they blacklisted me so I can’t work for them again because they said I didn’t need to finish my week and listed me as “no call no show” out of pettiness.

Had a customer at self checkout try having her kid go through my line (was on 15 items or less lane) with a full cart I said she couldn’t use this line her mom threatened physical harm like to kick my Dave in 🤔 last time I let a customer try scaring me 😂😂😂

When I worked customer service I told a customer they couldn’t return a pellet pew pew bc of the return policy and he said would it hurt if I shot it in your eye and I said yeah, and it would be pretty embarrassing for you to be pulled away from the police in public

I use to work at Wally World too for three years and they would disregard my hours available all the time because when I started I didn’t have a car so I’d come in late and stay late which I’d get points for being late, so my manager would have to clear my points for me which eventually was the reason I was fired for “stealing company time” but only almost $100 worth over 4 years
