@morphmarketreptiles: Meet my juvenile captive-bred female lined leaf-tailed gecko (Uroplatus lineatus)! This species is endemic to Eastern Madagascar and on the island of Nosy Bohara. They live in tropical rainforests and camouflage themselves with bamboo stalks/leaves. As you can see, my gecko demonstrates leaf-mimicry by tucking in her front arms and hanging by her hind legs, impersonating a leaf swaying in a breeze or perhaps a thin bamboo shoot/branch.
