If u have a mandolin (idk if that’s how it’s spelled), they work prefect for slicing cabbage. I quarter the cabbage, then slice it with the mandolin

I've tried making this a dozen different times. I use a leaf and a glass weight and I've tried the spiral thing too. It molds. Every time! And it never seems to get as sour as the store kind no matter how long I let it go
