You’re actually correct. I use an electric fry pan a lot and always lose half my crumb haha. I cook most everything on high and then try to turn it down later. I’m going to try it your way 😂

I bought one of the mini electric fry pans from Kmart the other day because of you! I thought it would be perfect for me when the kids aren’t home for a small meal just for me! Looking forward to giving it a go!

If you put the schnitzels in really hot oil, I find they will stick to the pan, even if it’s non stick!
