I used to play with these as a kid, they always curl in my hands when touched they release a yellowish stain, but I don't get allergy or anything. I just love collecting them and observing their movements... I was so fascinated by them. They look so peaceful to look at.

For those wondering this is a centipede. You can tell th difference by how many lega they have. Millipedes have wayyy more. Millipedes are poisonous, centipedes are venomous. Venom they have to bite you poison you have to bite them. Centipedes bit millepedes do not but they do release poisons when threatened. Their poison is cyanide. Which is very harmful to humans and pets so make sure to wash your hands affer handling one. The poison cannot be absorbed through your skin only swallowed . Centipedes are also much faster than millepedes.
