@standing.together: Meet Mohammed, a 23-year-old Palestinian citizen of Israel from Jaffa. His mother is from Jaffa and his father was from Gaza. Because of the Israeli government’s racist family unification laws, his parents were separated. His father was jailed, deported to Gaza, and last month was killed there at the hands of the Israeli government. Listen to Mohammed talk about what it means to be silenced and oppressed by your own government while trying to live “normally” amid a genocidal war.
