. i understand the concept “give the haters a show” they be to busy chewing on hate to 💚grow 💚glow 💚shine (we can be our own worst enemy… that starts with patterns of hate?) while someone is consumed with hate they are in a cycle of their ownership of feelings and stuck. patterns of feelings are addictive, as humans recalibrate over time / the learned cycles of expression(feelings) can become normalising… so hate as a regular act (played out feelings)…e.g. then overt attention to something more pleasing. giving a *sense of relief*. True relief is to become “none affected “ /stop the watching (for entertainment) that which causes hate…”become immune” giving more time to what brings joy & peace. “ Acknowledge hate” …find faster mechanisms of 🌟relief without instigating Roth as a cycle 🌟. mental time wasting over on fury/verbal time spent /or time spent in actions of Roth… “all actions have outcomes” results of anger are a consideration for pause. observation on self and others can be beneficial for further understanding to navigate human interactions.
