Let's be factual here, it's only happening in a small section compared to the city of Chicago. I have friends and family that live there and they're not in any danger. They go out in the evening to theaters, movies, and restaurants without issue.

Yes everyone has been screaming for decades for help! Every American deserves to live in a safe community. Growing up having to go in before dusk and going up to the second floor or sitting/laying on the floor just in case. Sad!!
