Never had zucchini bread and I’m always confused about it having chocolate and vanilla in it because to me zucchini is a savory thing. Or is it comparable to a carrot cake? Am I thinking too much about this? Yes.

from a baker friend, letting your batter sit for a bit while your oven preheats is preferable over tossing her right in. Leaving her helps build the gluten and becomes more structured and a higher rise ♡♡

This is the best banana cake recipe. My mom made it when I was young. I made it for my husband and daughter a few weeks ago and have made it 2 more times since. They are obsessed with it.
