i had bite blocks put in and overtime they obviously wore down but my ortho never put more in or anything and my top teeth touch my bottom braces again

Can I request bite blocks because sometimes when I bite down, I tend to move my jaw forward through irritation and grind my upper teeth to my bottom teeth so I’m afraid that I might bite off my braces and I’m getting them tomorrow. Do you think I would be able to request bite blockers.

Off topic but can I have braces with a missing tooth? I am getting an extraction and I was wondering if I can have braces meanwhile I wait on the implant? Or can I get the implant and braces at the same time?
